Parks Department Hosts Public Input Meeting On Saturday, January 10, the City of Garland Parks and Recreation Department will host a public input meeting for the new recreation center and park development for Harris Hollabaugh Park, 3925 W. The Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds are considered additional 2008 entitlement funds for the Community Development Block Grant.
